Santa on his sleigh dashing through the sky with his trusted reindeer, nothing describes this scene better than the famous poem “Twas The Night Before Christmas” and here is an excerpt from the original poem first published Dec. 23, 1823 in the Troy Sentinel newspaper in upstate New York:
With a little old driver, so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment it must be St. Nick.
More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,
And he whistled, and shouted, and call’d them by name:
“Now! Dasher, now! Dancer, now! Prancer, and Vixen,
“On! Comet, on! Cupid, on! Dunder and Blixem;
“To the top of the porch! to the top of the wall!
“Now dash away! dash away! dash away all!”
This is the imagery that our beautiful new Santa sleigh ride bow ties depict making them the perfect conversational piece for any holiday festivities!
