1. What are your bow ties made of?
Our bow ties are made of the finest silks available imported from England, Italy, Asia and the U.S.

2. What is the most popular bow tie shape?
By far the most popular shape of bow tie is the Butterfly.

3. Do you have any patterns other than the ones on the web site?
Our entire selection is featured online. However, the web site is updated regularly with new arrivals.

4. What are discount codes and how do I get one?
To receive a discount code you must sign up for our e-mail specials. These codes are sent out once
or twice per year during our slower periods. The discount promotion code can be entered on the
"View Bag" Page.

5. What are "Internet Only Specials"?
Every month we choose 4 bow ties from our online catalog to put on sale. These specials appear on
the 1st of each month and run through the end of the month or until they sell out.

6. How can I tell if you received my order?
We'll send an e-mail notification to the e-mail address you entered on your order shortly after you
submit the order. Please e-mail us at service@bowtieclub.com if you don't receive a receipt within
15 minutes after placing the order.

7. How do I get back to the home page?
